Fit For Life
This fitness program offers a series of 6 week classes. Classes will be offered on Mondays and/or Thursdays. To attend both Monday and Thursday classes, you must register and pay for both series. These classes provide lots of physical fitness options and adaptations designed for the active older adult. The instructor is known for her motivation approach to providing a gentle cardio program with strength and resistance training. Suitable for beginners. Exercise adaptations are always available. Bring your own mat. Register by one week in advance of series start date.
