Tim Margolian

Tim was born in Yarmouth, but grew up in New York. He returned to Nova Scotia to attend Dalhousie University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1971. Finding his passion in the commercial real estate business, he opened his own commercial real estate brokerage in 1976. In 2007 he sold this business and is now Vice President, Investment Sales with Sixeight Realty Group.

Tim has been a life-long community volunteer, serving as President and Life Director of Neptune Theatre and as a Board member for the Halifax Grammar School, Sacred Heart School of Halifax, Performing Arts Lodges of Halifax, Regional Advisory Board for Ballet Jorgen Canada, Shaar Shalom Congregation, and Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. He is currently the Ombudsman for the Shaar Shalom Congregation and a member of the Commercial Committee, Nova Scotia Association of Realtors.
